Not only did your Seattle Seahawks win the Super Bowl, they did it by dominating the top offense in NFL history. The crushing Seattle defense held Peyton Manning and their record-breaking scoring offense to only one touchdown in a 43-8 win in Super Bowl XLVIII.
You know the three phases of the game (offense, defense and special teams), but Adam tells Brandan about a fourth phase that the 12s have proven to have a direct impact on and are the inspiration for this phase of the game.

Great podcast!!!! I am a new listener, just catching the last few episodes but a lifelong Seahawk fan who grew up in Alaska but have lived in NYC for the last 15 years. I loved how you covered the feeling of winning the big one after years of shortcomings and tough losses. This was so special to me and because of what I do I was allowed special access and got to go down to the field post game (see the video on my website post). This was a once in a lifetime thing for a ‘Hawk fan. I also love the fact that David Barionuevo was mentioned, it is incredible what he did this season and we are all jealous of him. Please make sure you stop by Carlow East next time you are in town, I have been going there for the past 6 seasons and it started as just a handful of is and has grown to have fans spilling out the doors.
