Organized team activities (OTAs) started for the Seahawks this past week. It's voluntary for the players to attend and participate, but there are some key takeaways that we pulled from the player interviews as well as the first injury announcement of a guy we hope to be a key player in the 2022 season. In the second half of the show, Baker Mayfield continues to be discussed as a potential option for the Seahawks. But based off an announcement from this past week, there's a new big name being thrown around as an option for Seattle. In a recent interview, Marshawn Lynch disclosed how much Hennessey he went through after Super Bowl 49. Russell Wilson gets called out for an analysis of his past season and people who are Facebook angry at a recent player workout get called out to ‘Do Better.' Better at Life honors go to K.J.
