Jess Root, senior/managing editor of Revenge of the Birds
To complete the Know Your Rivals series, we welcome on Jess Root from Revenge of the Birds. Apart from the season following their 2009 Super Bowl, he says he can’t remember a season he’s been more excited about as a Cards fan.
We talk about how the offense has improved, look at where there could be concerns on the defense, and ask Jess to predict how many wins and losses the Cardinals will have when they finish 2nd in the division again.
Jess explains why it ensuring Larry Fitzgerald remaining in Arizona kept hopes alive for bringing home a title and why wide receiver John Brown is a player to watch this season.
